The Freight Coach must be resourceful and have the ability to enhance our business operations. You will be assessing operational processes, developing improvement plans, and overseeing the implementation of new marketing strategies.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:

• Develop marketing strategies for freight broker agent training and identify opportunities for growth.

• Coach freight broker agent on career path options.

• Develop marketing strategies for freight broker agent job posting services to employers.

• Develop and implement operation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
