    This SMS Privacy Policy explains how FreightBroker911 (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects mobile phone numbers and related information for our two SMS programs: Freight Delivery Notifications and HR Notifications.

    2. Information We Collect

    • Mobile phone number
    • Name and role (e.g., shipper, carrier, employee, branch manager)
    • Opt-in source, date, and timestamp
    • Message delivery, response, and opt-out status

    3. How We Use Your Information

    • Send freight delivery, dispatch, pickup, and load status notifications
    • Send HR notifications such as onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll alerts
    • Respond to HELP requests and customer support inquiries
    • Maintain proof of consent and comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier requirements

    4. No Sale or Sharing of SMS Data

    We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is used only to operate the messaging programs you opted into.

    5. Service Providers

    We use trusted SMS infrastructure providers (such as Twilio) solely to transmit messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

    6. Data Retention

    We retain mobile numbers and consent records for as long as you remain opted in, and for a minimum period afterward as required by law (typically 4+ years) to demonstrate proof of consent.

    7. Your Rights

    • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
    • Request a copy of your consent record by emailing support@freightbroker911.com.
    • Request deletion of your phone number from our system, subject to legal retention requirements.

    8. Security

    Mobile numbers and consent records are stored in access-controlled, encrypted systems. Only authorized personnel may access SMS program data.

    9. Children

    Our SMS programs are intended for users 18 years of age or older.

    We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision.
