    By accessing or using FreightBroker911.com (the "Site"), our training platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

    3. Accounts & Access

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Training access is granted at FreightBroker911's discretion and may be revoked for misuse.

    4. Payments & Subscriptions

    Virtual Branch Manager subscriptions and other paid services are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

    5. Acceptable Use

    • No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
    • No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to the Services.
    • No sharing of training content, login credentials, or proprietary materials.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, training materials, software, and AI tools provided through the Services are the property of FreightBroker911 or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for their intended purpose.

    7. Disclaimers

    The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FreightBroker911 does not guarantee specific income, employment outcomes, or freight market results.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightBroker911 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
